The Performance Marketing Lead (PML) will report directly to the Marketing Director (MD) and will manage the full spectrum of Digital Advertising projects and initiatives from strategy definition to execution and analysis to deliver customer acquisition objectives on online sales and leads for assigned brands and across multiple ad platforms.

As such, the PML must have a proven track record of in-depth, hands-on experience with digital media touchpoints (paid media): SEM/PPC, SEO, display, social, video, e-commerce, email, etc. The succeed in the role, the PML must be an expert in digital marketing concepts and principles, specifically in the realm of performance marketing: from customer acquisition strategies, app engagement strategies, affiliate marketing, database marketing, cross-channel campaign management, to analytics & attribution models.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage End-to-End paid performance media accounts which include planning, strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis of SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Manage and strategize paid search campaigns across all verticals, including Google, Yahoo, Bing search engine, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient ROAS, CPA, and/or CAC.
  • Analyze campaigns and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance based on growth goals.
  • Collaborate internally with the Marketing Team for brand campaign support and campaign growth opportunities.
  • Monthly tracking of all campaign spends and campaign expansion opportunities.
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Provide timely campaign updates, recommendations, and reporting on campaign performance.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, IT, STEM, Entrepreneurship, or similar from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on planning and execution practical experience in Performance Marketing either agency or in-house. Agency experience preferred.
  • Extensive SEM and Paid Social experience (able to back up with case studies).
  • Strong with mar-tech platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Certifications on Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Bing will be a huge advantage
  • A critical thinker who is analytical and curious about cause-and-effect and can understand data to make informed decisions.
  • Dedicated and passionate team player who strives for excellence.
  • Good organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a knack for making the complex simple.

At-Will Employment

  • Work Hours: 5 pm to 2 am MNL or 10 pm to 7 am MNL
  • Paid Time Offs: 8 days per year + 7 major US holidays
  • Benefits: HMO, 13th-month pay
