Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Solution Selling
  • Proficient written and verbal communication
  • Good planning and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and develop solutions to customers’ needs with clear and decisive communication
  • Demonstrated ability in business to business (B2B)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), CRM system, and other relevant software
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas

Responsibilities

The Solution Sales Manager’s responsibilities are as follows:

  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seeks out the appropriate contact in prospected organizations
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Foster and develop business relationships with customers
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to arrive at solutions
  • Draw up customer quotes, proposals, contracts, agreements
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services, and be able to advise customers about them
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective customers
  • Performs other tasks as instructed by Management

At-Will Employment

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Employment Contract: At-Will (with 30-day notice period)
  • Work Location: Remote / WFH
  • Work Hours: 5 pm to 2 am MNL or 10 pm to 7 am MNL
  • Paid Time Offs: 8 days per year + 7 major US holidays
  • Benefits: HMO, 13th-month pay
